Top 3 customizations to add to your new home

For our crew, the most exciting part of building a new CROWCREEK home is getting to see the different ways you switch up a floor plan to make it your own!

Though every CROWCREEK Homes floor plan is beautifully unique, the real magic happens when you add your own touches—and watch as the plan in front of you transforms into your family’s forever home.

Let’s talk about the top 3 customizations you can add to make our plans feel more like your home!

Gas fireplace

There’s nowhere cozier in the middle of a Wyoming winter than snuggled up in front of your very own fireplace! Not only are gas fireplaces a great way to keep your home nice and toasty, they also add beautiful ambiance—and, here in Wyoming, you can practically use them year round. (Bonus: Gas fireplaces turn on and off with just the touch of a button, so you never have to worry about hauling in firewood or cleaning up the mess from soot and ashes.)

Huddle Room

Located just off the kitchen, a huddle room creates a quaint, cozy space to tuck in and get some work done, or to hide away with a favorite book. Over the years, we’ve seen clients transform their huddle rooms into quiet home offices, lovely playrooms for smaller kiddos, and homework spaces for school-aged kids.

Covered patio

What better way to enjoy beautiful weather than from the comfort of your covered patio? In the morning, you can head outside to enjoy your coffee; on the weekends, you’ve got a shady, covered space to wile away the afternoons; and in the evenings, everyone can gather around the patio table for dinner… then move around the fire pit for dessert!

Which plan is the right fit for you?

Come take a look around! Each of our floor plans includes a list of customization options designed to truly make the build your own.
